By engaging our services or signing the Social Media Service Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is intended to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in the course of commercial activity.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information in the course of providing our services:

Full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Business name, title, and role.
Billing and payment information.
Business & Brand Information
Social media account credentials and access tokens.
Brand assets including logos, images, videos, and style guidelines.

To provide, manage, and deliver the social media management services outlined in the Service Agreement.
To create, schedule, and publish content on the Client's social media platforms.

To communicate with the Client regarding deliverables, approvals, and account updates.

4. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the personal information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes the use of secure systems, limited access controls, and encrypted communication where applicable.

Upon termination of services, the Company will revoke its own access to the Client's accounts within a reasonable timeframe, or upon written request from the Client.

We retain personal information and business data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by law. Upon termination of services, we may retain certain records for our internal archives, legal compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.
